A 30 minute spent on the squash court gives you an impressive cardiorespiratory workout. Constant running and rallies build endurance and muscular strength in your lower body. Squash can even improve flexibility in your core and back, thanks to the twists, lunges and turns necessary to keep the ball on the go. Avinash will teach you the basic of the games and play shots like straight dive, cross court and many more like a pro.
There are no prerequisites or age bar for this course. Squash is a racquet game which is easy to learn and it’s equipment is minimal and fairly affordable and can be played by anyone of any age and level of fitness.

Avinash has been playing squash for more than 25 years now. A former international player he has won many medals and is also a certified squash coach. He has been coaching players for almost 10 years now and has created many champions. He believes squash not only makes you physically fit but also mentally agile. He plays this game, simply for the love of it.
