This is a pregnancy exercise course. The course has six different routines, one for each day of the week, to give you a complete workout. The exercises are simple, safe and easy to follow. Following the pregnancy exercises on a regular basis will help to make you fit, ease pregnancy aches and discomforts and most importantly prepare your body for a smooth birth experience. You can take this course in the comfort of your home at any time to suit your schedule.
Exercise during pregnancy helps the pregnant mom to stay fit, reduce stress levels, increase strength and flexibility and also prepare for labor and birth. This course teaches you a different routine every day of the week which will help you get a balanced workout and also includes special breathing exercises which you can use for pain management during labor and delivery.
There are no prerequisites for this course but you are advised to consult your doctor before undertaking this course. Sonali has designed every video so that it is easy to follow along even for beginners who have never exercised before.

Tuesday- Balancing and Back muscles training
Wednesday- Bar exercise and Streaching
Thursday - Light weight training
Friday- Using exercise ball
Saturday- Labour breathing exercises
