When you own your breath, nobody can steal your peace. Learn to own it through the ancient breathing practices of pranayama.
Been thinking of starting to practise healthy living, and not started yet. Well this course is just what you need. With this course, Ravi will introduce to the basic pranayamas and asanas of yoga.
The twelve basic asanas (or poses) are much more than just stretching. They open the energy channels, chakras and psychic centers of the body while increasing flexibility of the spine, strengthening bones and stimulating the circulatory and immune systems. Along with proper breathing or pranayama, asanas also calm the mind and reduce stress.
This course is designed for beginners. Since the pranayamas and asanas deal with subtle force, you are advised to follow them as taught in the videos and consult a doctor before taking this course in case of any health problems.
